Interested in future breed stock? 

The SuffTex is a hybrid of our Suffolks and Texels, resulting in increased carcass quality, hybrid vigor, a powerful growth rate, and worm resistance. 

We will have lambs available, scheduled lambing Jan/Feb 2027.

All lambs are raised on pasture with supplemental creep feed until they are weaned naturally. 

Occasionally, bottle babies are available.

2027 Lambs: 

$9.50/lb hanging weight + harvest fee & processing

We recommend butchering between 6 months and 1 year of age, although many customers will wait till 15-18 months for more yield. 

Note: Sheep meat butchered between 2 and 3 years of age is considered mutton. Mutton is more nutritious, more flavorful, and less tender than young lamb.

• Do you currently have lambs available? 

We have an open waitlist for the Jan/Feb 2027 lambs.

• What is the purchase process to get lamb in my freezer? 

1. Pay your $150 deposit to get on the waitlist, and then you will be contacted with options for butcher dates or pickup.
2. The mobile processor will come to the farm, harvest your animal, and provide the "hanging weight" of your lamb. 
3. We will work with you to determine your cut & wrap instructions. We will then invoice you $9.50/lb hanging weight, plus a $100 harvest fee & processing.
4. Finally, we will contact you to deliver your finished lamb right to your door for a true farm-to-table experience.
